Data encrypted in transit and at rest, deployment inside your own infrastructure when required, and accessibility treated as a launch requirement. On the last storefront I built, an accessibility audit against the Israeli standard IS 5568 produced 16 fixes, all shipped before launch.

How long does a typical AI project take?
It depends on the shape of the work. One named process, automated and put into production, takes 14 days at a fixed price, and a 2-day diagnostic comes first when you are not sure which process to start with. A full custom AI application is a bigger piece of work: two to three months end to end.
Do we need a lot of data to get started?
Not necessarily. I start from pre-trained foundation models and fine-tune or ground them with your data. Even a few hundred examples can be enough to build a highly accurate system.
How do you handle data privacy and security?
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and when it cannot leave your infrastructure I deploy inside it, open-source models on-premise included. I work to GDPR requirements and have shipped a storefront to the Israeli accessibility standard IS 5568.
What does pricing look like?
Two prices are published: 1 900 EUR for the 2-day AI diagnostic and 4 500 EUR for one process automated and in production in 14 days, both excluding VAT and invoiced from Israel. Anything outside those two is a fixed price for a scoped project or a day rate for ongoing work, quoted in writing within 48 hours of the call, and it does not change unless the scope does.
Can you work with our existing tools and tech stack?
Absolutely. I'm stack-agnostic: AWS, GCP, Azure, Shopify, WhatsApp, CRMs and custom APIs. I plug into what you already run rather than replacing it.
Which AI models do you work with?
I'm model-agnostic. I work with commercial foundation models as well as open-source ones, and pick per project based on accuracy, cost, and latency. When your data can't leave your infrastructure, I deploy open-source models on-premise.
Do you also build small internal tools, or only large AI projects?
Both. Alongside full AI engagements I run a bespoke-tools track for business friction: internal simulators, tracking tools, mini-CRMs, dashboards, smart forms, client portals. Describe your need, get a quote within 48 hours, and a working tool in about 10 days.
What happens after launch?
I don't ship and disappear. Every deployment includes a monitoring dashboard, performance benchmarks, a runbook, and a 30-day post-launch optimization period. If the numbers don't move, I keep working.
